5-speed cover for FXR models with center style mid controls. These models run a specific transmission end cover.
Other models (like Dyna) the cable exits the cover at a 4 o'clock position which would point the cable at the brake pedal and pedal mount. The FXR covers have the exit hole more in the 5 o'clock position to clear the mid foot controls.
