1. DO YOU REALLY GIVE THESE MOTORCYCLES AWAY?
Yes, it would be EXTREMELY ILLEGAL if we did not give the motorcycles away. Each sweepstakes is registered by law with the United States of America which legally requires us to give away each prize, with the exception of NEW YORK and FLORIDA.
2. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO WIN?
The winner must be:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Drivers License
- Be a legal resident of the U.S. (excluding New York and FLORIDA)
3. WHO CHOOSES THE WINNERS?
At the end of each giveaway, all sweepstakes entries are compiled into a 3rd-party number randomizer to pick the winner. The winning name(s) and number(s) will be drawn live on our Instagram page @dynadealer.
4. WHEN DO YOU ANNOUNCE THE WINNER?
It usually takes 4-7 business days after the deadline is met.

It usually takes 1-2 weeks after the giveaway deadline is met. We announce a drawing date and time via the website, social media and the website.

6. HOW DOES THE "MONEY BACK" WINNER PRIZE WORK?
If your name and entry number are drawn for the prize to win your money back, you will receive a refund for the order associated with that ticket number. Only the order associated with that ticket number drawn will be returned. Any additional orders purchased during the sweepstakes timeline, not associated with that ticket number drawn, are excluded.
7. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT MY ENTRY NUMBERS ARE?
Our system automatically sends your entry numbers (ticket numbers) via email to the email address you used at checkout.
Check your SPAM folder and search "Dyna Dealer" - These emails end up in SPAM for some reason, as they are sent from a different system that sends your order number.
You can also look them up here after the giveaway when I publish the list.
8. IS MY ORDER NUMBER MY ENTRY NUMBER?
No. Your order number is the unique number associated with each individual purchase.
Your entry numbers (ticket numbers) are unique "codes" that are sent in a separate email to you after purchase. You will have one unique code per entry purchased.
I.e. If you purchased 10 entries, you will get 10 codes in one email.
9. WHAT IF MY NAME IS PULLED TWICE IN ONE DRAWING?
If a name is drawn twice in one drawing, the second draw will be voided, and we will draw again for that prize.
While CA state law doesn't prevent multiple wins, our contest's official rules state "one prize per person" / "one prize per household" to ensure a wider distribution of prizes.
