Yes, it would be EXTREMELY ILLEGAL if we did not give the motorcycles away. Each sweepstakes is registered by law with the United States of America which legally requires us to give away each prize, with the exception of NEW YORK and FLORIDA.

The winner must be:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Drivers License
• Be a legal resident of the U.S. (excluding New York and FLORIDA)

At the end of each giveaway, our third party developer imports all sweepstakes entries into a 3rd-party number randomizer that we use to pick the winner. The winning name(s) and number(s) will be drawn live on our Instagram page @dynadealer.

It usually takes 1-2 weeks after the giveaway deadline is met. We announce a drawing date and time via the website, social media and the website.

If your name and entry number are drawn for the prize to win your money back, you will receive a refund for the order associated with that ticket number. Only the order associated with that ticket number drawn will be refunded. Any additional orders purchased during the sweepstakes timeline, not associated with that ticket number drawn, are excluded.

No. Your order number is the unique number associated with each individual purchase.

Your entry numbers (ticket numbers) are unique "codes" that are sent in a separate email to you after purchase. You will have one unique code per entry purchased.

I.e. If you purchased 10 entries, you will get 10 codes in one email.

If a name is drawn twice in one drawing, the second draw will be voided, and we will draw again for that prize.

While CA state law doesn't prevent multiple wins, our contest's official rules state "one prize per person" / "one prize per household" to ensure a wider distribution of prizes.

We draw winners from all over the US in our 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place spins. We gave a bike away to a gentleman from TX in 2024.

The majority of the people who participate in our giveaways (86% of our current customer base) are from CA. The next 4 states combined don't even equate to 10%... they are TX, UT, AZ, NV.

That doesn't mean someone from CA has better odds of winning than someone who is not from CA, it just means the pot is full of Californians.

Odds of winning depend only on the number of entries a person has in the giveaway, and the total number of entries received during the giveaway period.

Yes. Absolutely. Every bike we build gets a full service and inspection.

Brakes, for example, receive new brake pads, fresh fluid, and/or full rebuilds. All aftermarket parts we build with are NEW products, never used.

I personally put hundreds, sometimes thousands of miles on these giveaway bikes to break them in and film promotional content. I will never giveaway a bike that I do not trust personally.

Imagine buying your dream Harley and making a list of all the things you'd do to it if you had unlimited funds. That's what we're doing. We're building dream Harleys at Dyna Dealer.

All that said, remember that these are 20-40 year old classic motorcycles! Things can happen. I work with trusted partners who stand behind their work, just like I do. If there's an immediate issue I encourage our winners to reach out. I will never leave someone high and dry!

Prize winner(s) will be selected per the criteria announced for this Sweepstakes on the Specific Rules.

The potential winner(s) will be selected through a LIVE random drawing shown on Instagram LIVE on or about a date specified by Sponsor in connection with the advertising for the Sweepstakes or on the Specific Rules from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Master Rules.

Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Master Rules, of administration of the Sweepstakes, and of selection of the winner(s).

Decisions of the Sponsor as to the selection of the winner(s) will be final. The description of prizes, the fulfillment, and award notification are described below.
