1. WHAT'S THE CATCH? DO YOU REALLY GIVE THESE BIKES AWAY?
Yes, it would be EXTREMELY ILLEGAL if we did not give the bikes away. Each sweepstakes is registered by law with the U.S. which legally requires us to give away each prize described, with the exception of states: NEW YORK and FLORIDA.
2. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ABLE TO WIN?
The winner must:
- Be at least 18 Years Old
- Have a Valid Drivers License
- Be a legal resident of the U.S. (excluding NEW YORK and FLORIDA)
3. HOW IS THE WINNER SELECTED?
At the end of each giveaway, all sweepstakes entries are generated and compiled by a 3rd-party app. This data is then uploaded to a number randomizer that selects random winning ticket number. This is done at the end of the giveaway period. The winning name and entry code will be drawn within one week of the giveaway end date and the winner's name will be posted to our website and Instagram, and emailed to our contact list.
4. WHEN DO YOU ANNOUNCE THE WINNER?
It usually takes our team about 4-7 business days after the giveaway end date. We will announce the live drawing date on Instagram and our Website.
5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If your items are in-stock, you can expect a 2-3 day shipping time. If your item is not in-stock, your order will ship 4-6 weeks from when the order was placed.
6. I NEVER GOT MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, AM I ENTERED?
Your digital download is not a confirmation of any kind. If you received an order confirmation, and your entry number(s) then you are entered.
