2001 FXDXT (Diamond Ice)
This bike takes me back to the first T-sport I owned. It was an 02 Diamond Ice I bought for $5k... It was buck naked. No fairing, no bags, no air cleaner cover and it had some janky old shocks that were actually mounted upside down. It was my first Harley and I really had no idea what I liked yet... I just wanted a Dyna because it's what the guys at my local tattoo shop rode and I always looked up to them. I loaded it up with MX pegs, a grandpa backrest, a crashbar, and some shorty leavers... It was all over the place.
After I sold that bike I got the fever and instantly wanted another T-sport. That's when I started learning all about why these bikes are so unique.
I wanted to build this one as a throwback to my first DXT -- blacked out, less chrome, and no clapped out aftermarket junk.

GIVEAWAY #3
2001 T-SPORT
The very first Harley I owned was a Diamond Ice T-SPORT, just like this one. We built this T-SPORT the way my first bike should have been made. We used refurbished obsolete OEM Harley parts, and quality aftermarket parts inside the motor.

GIVEAWAY #3
2001 T-SPORT
This build featured a beefed up top end from the stock 88ci to a 95" with new Wiseco pistons and a new Screamin Eagle camchest kit. It also got a new Thunderheader, Saddlemen seat, Biltwell risers and Thrashin bars + new lines and cables.

GIVEAWAY #3
2001 T-SPORT
All Dyna Dealer bikes are EXTREMELY clean. No crust, no rust. We want people asking you about your bike at the gas station and being shocked when you thell them its 24 years old. Clean and classy is our motto.

GRANDPA CALLED...
Despite the grandpa vibe this bike was giving off, it was all there. The fairing, the shocks, the football, some clean 13-spokes and an OG unmolested front end.

THE DETAILS
It didn't take long to start tearing into it. The first thing I always do is ditch the OEM lighting and swap in LEDs with tinted glass. Instantly looks cleaner.

STARTING TO LOOK OG
Bars, Thunderheader, Saddlemen, OEM bags, chin spoiler... I like to keep the stock look, so you won't see powder on the 2-tone 13-spoke mags, or the fork lowers.

SIMPLE, CLEAN, GANGSTER
T-sports came from the factory with some of the best performance parts Harley had ever produced. The suspension was fully adjustable, front/rear. I always keep the OG suspension on my DXT builds. I think the stance looks tough.
